Web Finance Holding is managed by a Board of Directors. As of today, the board members are:

 

Boyan Trifinov Minkov – Chairman of the Board;

Milena Yulianova Angelova – Vice Chairman of the Board;

Stefan Krasimirov Petkov – Executive Director and member of the Board.

 

The company is represented together by the Vice Chairman and the Executive Director.
